Deep-fried pav soldiers have been crowned with garlic and ginger minced cauliflower, crusted with mixed sesame, and served with coconut korma dipping sauce.
SALT & PEPPER OKRA FRIES (v, gf)
Clash of the Northern titans. The great Chinese Chippy revelation meets our #1 Indian street food dish. Salt and pepper crispy Okra tossed with peppers, onions, chilli flakes and soy sauce.
TOFOO 65 (v)
Chennai Hotel Buhari 1965 recipe. Chunky fried Tofoo in a dynamic sauce rich with five-spice, miso, fermented red chilli, green pepper, spring onion, white pepper, garlic, and ginger.
SCHEZWAN FRIED POHA (v, gf)
A fiery twist on one of the most popular Indo-Chinese dishes. It’s a flattened fried rice frenzy, bursting with ginger, garlic, red chilli paste and soy sauce.
MISO KHEERA (v, gf)
Schezwan restaurant staple of smacked cucumber medley. Chopped cucumber kissed with miso, garlic, vegan mayo, chilli oil & sesame seeds.
GOBI MANCHURIAN (e, gf)
Indo-Chinese mash-up, cauliflower and pakoras tossed in an umami-hot sauce.
