Layers of samosa pastry, chickpea, potato, onion, sev and chilli sauce. Served cool, with yoghurt and tamarind chutney.

The dish that inspired kedgeree. Fried rice with spices and green chilli, topped with half boiled eggs and achari masala. Available vegan on request.
Desi Omelette Pav (e) £7.50
Spiced omelette cooked with fresh green chillies, onions and tomatoes layered up with American cheese and a dollop of Bloody Mary ketchup.
Channa Halwa Puri (v, n)£7.50
A sweet semolina pudding spiked with cardamom and Kala Chana cooked with garam masala. Served with puri.
