Northern Monk x Bundobust New Delhi Dazzler
2014: INDIAN SPICED ALE is born. A three-way collab with Northern Monk, Bundobust, and Mumbai brewery Gateway. One of our, and Northern Monk’s, very first collaborations. The arrival of the beer heralded one of the first permanent Northern Monk lines in Leeds.
2016: BOMBAY DAZZLER rose from the ashes of Indian Spiced Ale. Northern Monk x Bundobust. A tweaked recipe and a new name. Coriander, ginger, and cardamom fronted up a hit Indian Spiced Wit that continued the original beer’s long-pouring legacy.
2021: NEW DELHI DAZZLER arrives with a bang. After 7 years on tap at Bundobust, Bombay Dazzler was due a revisit. New Delhi Dazzler is a 5% India Pale Wit. Wheat and oat base with Citra Incognito, Sabro, and Talus hops. Tropical fruit wibes with lime and coconut from the hops, plus a dash of cumin to keep things spicy. Summer refresher reloaded.
