Inspired by the fusion food of Tiretta Bazaar – Kolkata’s Chinatown market – and following in the footsteps of the Silk Road, Indo-Chinese smashes together Desi spice with deep, rich, umami flavours, and has a huge following in India. It’s even got a permanent nod on Bundo’s main menu in the form of Gobi Manchurian.

This is the FIFTH! Indo-Chinese menu, and it’s bigger and better and more Indo-Chinese than ever. YES there’s Momo dumplings! Of COURSE we’re teaming up with Tofoo again for a long-awaited Chilli Tofoo dish, and you BETTER BELIEVE we’re bringing back the emperors of the Indo-Chinese menu: Salt & Pepper Okra Fries and Sesame Gobi Toast.
