ROGGEN PILS – Rye Lager

Our ROGGEN PILS (5.2% ABV) is our loving ode to the old German Roggenbiers, but with a distinctly Bundobust twist to make it the perfect lager to stand alongside our menu. Malty intricacy squeezed into a refreshing, crispy package.

Fun fact: this recipe is based on a homebrew recipe our Head Brewer, Dan first wrote 10 years ago.

Brewed with spicy, complex rye straight outta Deutschland, balanced out with fruity, zingy Olicana hops from the UK. It’s light and crispy, but hides a subtle complexity.

We reckon you’d have a really good time if you tucked into a pint of this with a Bhaji Butty in the other hand.
