Watermelon + Rose Sharbat
A traditional Indian drink, often called ‘the world’s first soft drink.’ Sharbats are made by combining fruit juices, petals or herbs with sugar and water. Ours combines watermelon, rose water and lime juice before being topped with soda and garnished with fresh lime.
Milap
Established in 1985 as a way of bringing people across North West England together with a common love for the arts, Milap has grown into the UK’s leading Indian Arts and Culture company, with a remit that continues to focus on performance, learning and development.
This Diwali Bundobust are partnering with Milap to support their work elevating Indian culture across the UK. We are honoured to host two of their events in our Liverpool venue, and £1 from every Chaat Deluxe will be donated to Milap as a registered charity.
