Bundo does brunch

Join us this Easter Sunday for Desi twists on brunch classics.

Sunday 31st March • 11am – 3pm

Choose any three pots from our brunch menu for £15, or go bottomless for £30.

Don’t miss this line-up including Desi Rarebit, Massala Omelette Pav, Uttapam with Sambhar and Coconut Chutney, Kichdi, Mango Lassi Bircher, and of course Mayur’s Mum’s OG Recipe Beans.

Bottomless Brunch includes 90 mins of any Bundobust Brewery beer on tap, free-flowing fizz, wine, selected cocktails and, of course, our house chai and mango lassi. T&C’s apply to make sure we’re being responsible patrons!


Bookings are available now from 11am on Sunday 31st March (last seating at 2:45pm).

Paratha & Thepla (v) £4
Punjabi and Gujarati style of mixed breads.
Potato and cauliflower massala filled Paratha, and tawa cooked Thepla mixed with fenugreek leaves and spices. Served with tomato chutney and achar pickle.

Mayur’s Mum’s Beans (v, gf) £5
Mayur’s mum’s signature recipe Desi beans.
Onion, green chilli, asafoetida, mustard seed, cumin, and Heinz’s finest.

Okra Fries (v, gf) £5.25

The ultimate beer snack. Okra in crisp chickpea batter, dusted with black salt & mango powder.

Desi Rarebit £5.50
Toasted sourdough, spread with fiery tomato achaar and a two-cheese sauce, grilled until
bubbling and topped with Hendos.

Bhel Puri (v) £5.75
The classic Mumbai street snack. Broken samosa pastry and puffed rice with peas, onion,
pomegranate, and tomato in tamarind chutney.

Kichdi (v, gf) £6
The dish that inspired kedgeree. Fried rice with spices and green chilli, topped with smokey
BBQ mushrooms, black salt, and tarka.

Mango Lassi Bircher £6
Overnight oats made with mango lassi and extra mango pulp, topped with banana,
pistachio and pomegranate for texture, and a drizzle of chai syrup.

Massala Omelette Pav (e) £6
New York bodega-style egg & cheese sando, Bundo style. Spiced omelette layered up with
American cheese and a dollop of Bloody Mary ketchup.

Uttapam & Sambhar (v, gf) £7
Thick, fluffy & spiced lentil & rice flour pancake flecked with broccoli, green beans and spinach. Served with sambhar soup and coconut chutney for dipping.

Egg Bhurji (e) £7.50
Cumin and green chilli-spiced scrambled eggs, with green peas & coriander. Served
with bhatura.
