This year’s National Curry Week kicked off on Monday 5th October, honouring Indian restaurants and their influence on the nation’s tastes, while supporting the Indian restaurant industry – something more important right now than ever before.
To mark the occasion, we’ve come up with a range of completely new specials that pay homage to some traditional curry house classics – including a tribute to “Britain’s National Dish”…
From midday this Thursday (8th October) we’re serving Bundo versions of a Tikka Massala with chargrilled, tikka-marinated squash, as well as a vegan Saag Aloo.
The eternal “rice or bread” dilemma will mean choosing between Vegetable Pilau and a sweet & spicy Peshwari Paratha, filled with coconut, sultanas, and nuts. (We won’t judge if you get both). No trip to a curry house is complete without a tower of poppadoms, we’re bringing back our house masala-dusted bite-size Poppadoms & Pickles with classic mango chutney, onion & tomato relish, and a green apple achaar.
All of the specials are available together, along with a portion of classic Bhajis for just £20 in the Curry House Combo. *Hot wet-wipe not included
