We’ve collaborated on a bunch of dishes, launching at a very special brunch for one morning only!

Bringing you sunshine & spice – we got together with the chefs and drinks experts at Federal to come up with some BANGING dishes and drinks that fuse together the flavours we’re both know and loved for:
To eat: Desi French Toast with cardamom, Alphonso mangoes, chai and jaggery syrup. Mango Lassi Bircher with Federal’s house granola. Halloumi & Shrooms Tikka finished with Fed sauce. AND the Hara Bhara Corn Sliders… Federal’s much loved corn fritter meets Bundobust’s hara bhara patty, green chutney, desi omelette and pickled veg.
To drink: A limited-edition Iced Dirty Chai where Bundo’s chai meets Federal espresso, PLUS a Chaispresso Martini and a Sunshine Mary (a Bundo inspired Bloody Mary) if you’re feeling it!
Plus for the brunch we’re dropping loads of sides, and for one morning only having Federal’s coffee line up at Bundo!
